With the "Sherry Cask Select" version of the 12 year old, it pays tribute to its characteristic style: classic maturation in American ex Bourbon casks, followed by a finish in carefully selected sherry casks from Jerez including those from the cooperages Tevasa, Vasyma, and Pez, with an assemblage of Oloroso and Pedro Ximnez wines.
