Chardonnay »S« test tag sustainabilityThe Chardonnay "Selection" grows in the Bechtheimer Stein and is a selection of the best vineyards and barrels compared to the Chardonnay Gutswein. It is concentrated and taut with noble reduction and finesse la Mersault, but has the rich aroma of Californian Chardonnays from the cooler years. Powerful, elegantly juicy and straightforward in the mouth, moderate acidity, delicate mineral notes on the palate, harmonious and long finish.
